Fluent German-speaking Customer Service Consultant

Copenhagen

Are you a motivated, customer focused professional seeking new and exciting opportunities in an international environment? Then you may be the new colleague we are looking for to provide our German-speaking customers and select international customers with customer service from our International Sales office, Islands Brygge in Copenhagen.

The Group Customer Service team is well established, close-knit, collaborative and professional. Based in both Denmark and UK, the team work together to provide first-class service to customers across the board. Your role will be integral to supporting sales teams across Vikan and is important to ensure that Vikan maintains and develops its position as the preferred supplier and partner in the market.

You will engage in order processing, responding to customer requests, and guiding B2B customers via phone, email and live chat. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Handling and registration of orders
  • Customer requests and requests from colleagues in sales
  • Participate in proactive market and customer related activities such as campaigns, end-user calls and customer follow-up
  • Claims handling including improvements to Q&A set-up
  • Master data maintenance
  • CRM and leads
  • Cooperation with distributors and Area Sales Managers

Commercial mind-set and experience from an international environment

You have a commercial and administrative background. You have experience with customer service, preferably from a similar position in an international company. Mastery of German and English both in speaking and writing is a must and knowledge of French would be a further advantage.

Your professional experience includes:

  • Experience from a similar position
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ideally user of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft AX 2012)
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with sales or sales support is an advantage
