We are looking for a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) with very good language skills in French (business fluent) to join our Retail Customer Care team in Metzingen. Are you passionate about fashion and can also inspire our customers? Then a highly motivated, international team is waiting for you!

What you can expect:

  • You are the first point of contact for our end customers across all sales channels and common communication channels (telephone, e-mail, live chat, social media) at first and second level
  • You independently handle a wide range of questions about our products, processes, orders and complaints
  • With a flair for fashion and new trends, you inspire customers with our products and offer competent advice and outfit creation for a wide variety of occasions
  • You provide our store employees with quick help and solutions for process-related questions/problems
  • In Retail Customer Care, we are the interface between customers and HUGO BOSS. In order to constantly improve the customer journey and customer experience, we are in regular contact with the specialist departments and provide targeted feedback, reports and ideas

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training and first relevant work experience
  • Very good language and communication skills in French and English, one other European language would be a plus
  • Interest in fashion, fashion and trends
  • A strong customer focus and a strong team player mentality
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach
  • Good knowledge and confident handling of common hardware and software as well as a strong technical affinity
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts (5-day week between Mon-Sat. 8am-8pm) and in seasonal business (sale phases)
