Join us as our new Senior P&O Core Supporter

As Senior P&O Core Support you will be part of P&O Core Delivery, DK team. The team is responsible for the operational P&O areas and administration, and for the day-to-day advising to leader and employees.

We are looking for an experienced P&O professional, with a passion for P&O operations and continuous improvements, who can navigate in an environment of change and who would like to make an everyday impact to team and our transformative future.

In this role you will report directly to the Head of Core Delivery, DK and be part of a team that consists of 9 P&O Core Supporters and 6 P&O Consultants.

Welcome to People & Organization (P&O)

The People & Organization (P&O) function in Novonesis is a global function with 6 different regions, that collectively support the organization of around 10,000+ employees. The P&O function is newly established as part of the merger between Chr. Hansen and [xxxxx], one of the biggest mergers on Danish ground.

P&O plays a highly critical and pivotal role in the post-merger integration, and we have a clear goal of aligning and deciding the future P&O processes and set-up in the new combined company.

Your Primary tasks are:

  • Delivering professional and efficient operational support and ensure timely advice to managers and employees.

  • Contract administration and advice (new hires and changes), including generating contracts and addendums, and advice managers in that regard

  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on processes, terms and conditions regarding mobility, vacation, sickness and other kinds of absence and leave

  • Support managers and HRBP on processes, terms and conditions

  • Responding to inquiries addressing employee questions and concerns related to P&O policies and benefits

  • Driving harmonization/alignment of P&O processes.


Who are we looking for?
An experienced professional who takes pride in ensuring the daily P&O operations and supporting the business at a high level of expertise.

  • Find joy in P&O Operation tasks, even the routine ones, and handle them with ease and efficiency.

  • Stay organized and keep a clear overview of tasks and deadlines.

  • Experience from similar industries is preferred but not a requirement.

  • Knowledge of our HR system (Workday) is an advantage


Furthermore, you are:

  • Service-minded and know how to support leaders and employees across the organization.

  • Contributing to our teamwork with a positive and cooperative attitude, so we can build on our fun and trusting team environment supporting our 4 culture commitments – Care, Ownership, Explore an Impact.

  • Self-driven, organized and keep a clear overview of tasks and deadlines, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
