Muziekonderwijs.nl is the Dutch branch of the Danish company Musikundervisning.dk that also operates in Norway and the UK. It is a double sided platform - like an Airbnb - for music lessons. Through our platform, students can find, book and pay for lessons with experienced and professional music teachers/musicians. Our aim is to create more sustainable solutions for private music education while also making it as easy and safe as possible for everyone.
Muziekonderwijs.nl continues to grow and that is why we are looking for a new employee with an open mind and an entrepreneurial spirit, who wants to be a part of our team in our main office in Aarhus from late august. You will be our solution-oriented customer support employee taking care of our Dutch customers - both teachers and students, with a possibility to also become involved in our marketing planning and back office work.
About the position
You will work closely with the Dutch manager online, and the marketing team on-site in the office in Aarhus C. The position is for 10-12 hours per week, but with the possibility to increase your hours over time as the company grows.
You will be a part of a local team of 8 employees in the age 25-35 with an international outlook and different fields of expertise ranging from IT development to business development and marketing. If you are looking for a job with a low level of formality and a high level of responsibility, creativity and skill development this is the place for you.

What does the job entail?
- Handling and solving customer questions via telephone, WhatsApp and email.
- Administration and processing of data related to the Dutch customers
- Translation of text (articles, guides, ads etc.) into Dutch.
- Working closely together with the marketing team on developing and managing new ideas for communication and creative marketing projects.
Requirements
- Minimum MBO / bachelor level of skills
- Experience in a customer-oriented environment;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and great knowledge of the Dutch culture.
- You are customer- and solution-oriented.
- Knowledge about the dynamics of the professional music industry is a plus
- It is a plus if you speak Danish, but not a requirement
- Experience with SEO is a plus
- Experience with SoMe marketing is a plus
