Key responsibilities


Purpose of this role is to make sure we as a company is delivering a superior customer experience and customer outcomes for the client segment in Denmark. Under you scope you will be responsible for the customer outcomes on the entire supply chain, covering all different logistics products, including Supply Chain Management, Ocean and LCL activities. You will play a key role in both the Danish Leadership team and Scandinavian Customer Experience Leadership team in our transformation of becoming a global integrator of container logistics and providing seamless end-to-end delivery solutions for our clients. Through your excellent leadership skills you will lead, coach and build a strong organization with focus on ensuring a great place to work for our colleagues and where we deliver a superior customer experience. You will be responsible for a function of approximately 60 wonderful colleagues, and have a handful of leaders directly reporting to you.

Amongst others your focus will be on:
Driving Customer Service functional outcomes via
- ensure a proactive customer support and issue resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience
- mobilizing stakeholders, including vendors and across functions, to take necessary actions to improve customer outcomes
- Drive actions to support a positive customer NPS and linked development
Develop a best in class Customer Experience function via:
• Build engaged teams with strong knowledge and capabilities of logistics products and local market
• Ensure people is trained in accordance with global standards, and according to individual customer needs
• Ensure we operate in an effective way with tools, applications and processes are used within the team
• Manage performance and ensure targets are met
Taking PnL (profit and loss) ownership via
• Actively driving various cost to serve initiatives
• Ensure teams contributes with revenue assurance, cost efficiency, growth opportunities within their scope
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure we maintain an efficient team across the country and in collaboration with service centers
