Key responsibilities


Ensuring a healthy relationship with our customers global operations center
Participating and driving monthly operational performance reviews with customer
Communicating learnings captured, and to initiative and/or lead operational excellence improvements in Maersk
Controlling regional operational performance
Strong internal cooperation with the global account team
Delivering visibility on data quality on agreed measures for a stable EDI in- and outbound flow
Act as ‘Operational Excellence’ ambassadors and facilitate and encourage best practice between regions and execution countries

We are looking for


Strong system, excel and IT understanding
Understanding of value drivers in logistics and supply chain
Matured communication and presentation skills
Desire and ambition to do great and constantly develop
Strong ability to maneuver in complex situations and translating it to simple and specific actions
