THE ROLE
As Customer Success responsible you are overseeing the planning and activating of new customers using our Mobile App for automotive remarketing and sales.
Once activated you will ensure that customers have a positive ongoing experience using our products to its optimum levels and give a maximized return on investment for the customers. You will also be managing existing customers ensuring that they get the optimum benefits when using our services. Your daily partners will be Sales Managers at automotive dealerships worldwide. The position requires knowledge and interest in SaaS, digitalization, customer experience and high growth. You will be based in Carswips’ headquarters in Aarhus and will report to the company’s founder and CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting all information required in order to onboard customers
- Onboarding and activating customers remotely
- Managing and developing relationships with customers
- Monitoring performance and establishing procedures for continuous improvements
- Continuously improving processes to ensure fast and high-quality implementation and activation of customers
- Delivering the best customer and user experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Customer Success position or similar
- Proven experience in working across cultures and building relationships
- Solid understanding of digital and commercial aspects
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven with ability to identify and act on opportunities
- Highly personable, able to create and nurture valuable relationships. Dare to guide and direct
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal English
