In this role you will build strong relationships with customers to gain even better understanding of their business, deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales opportunities.
You will be a part of our very dedicated and passionate team based in Aarhus.
Key responsibilities
One of your key areas of responsibility will be to deliver a positive customer experience for all customers and ensures a smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams.
You are responsible for customer satisfaction and you have solid experience with customer interaction.
You understand customers' business drivers, needs and requirements and you will manage the sales pipeline, segmentation and accurate forecasting.
You will also handle incoming customer services queries, issues, and exception management.
You will build strong relationships with all stakeholders including offshore GSC teams and support the Customer Success Partner and internal teams.
Who we are looking for
The successful person will have a relevant education combined with some hands-on experience from a similar role.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the end-to-end process for optimizing customer experience.
Furthermore you:
- Have strong interpersonal and team working skills with a “self-starter” attitude
- Should have a strategic and analytic mind-set and have experience of working with multiple stakeholders across cultures and seniority
- Are able to zoom in on the relevant details while keeping the holistic overview at the same time.
- Are structure and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to influence without authority and engage confidently with leaders at all levels
- Have a high level of English
- As you will be working with Danish clients – Danish is a requirement.
