As Customer Success Partner you are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

You will work actively together with the Country and Area Sales Teams to ensure that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with our solutions.

As a Customer Success Partner, you will drive customer retention and loyalty by developing strong relationships and ensuring customers achieve their business goals with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support Sales Teams: Collaborate with Country and Area Sales Teams to ensure customers realize full value from their investment with Maersk.
  • Customer Alignment: Align internal teams with customer goals and marketing strategies.
  • Omni-channel Strategies: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that maximize customer value.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate, ensuring needs are met and issues are resolved swiftly.
  • Allocation Management: Oversee the allocation process and coordinate with customers to meet commitments.
  • Tender Handling: Manage the tender process and coordinate with Tender Contract Team to submit competitive offers.
  • Quoting & Contracting: Coordinate L&S quoting and contracting processes with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Ensure timely contract renewals and effective contract management.

Who We Are Looking For


  • Experience: Proven experience in account management and a strong commercial background.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Logistics Knowledge: High-level understanding of logistics products and how they address customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and satisfaction.
