Do you want to be a part of Lyngsoe Systems and lead the effort to ensure we deliver the services our customers want and needs?
You will be Lyngsoe Systems’ service department outward face to all our customers around the world. In Lyngsoe Systems we want to ensure high customer satisfaction, you will therefore as our new technical service manager be a vital part of being the customers voice within Lyngsoe System and help service and development in prioritizing the needed tasks from our customers. You will also when needed help in our 2. level support, therefore, some technical knowledge is needed.
Lyngsoe Systems is a world leading organization working to ensure timely delivered goods, combat counterfeit goods, improve food safety throughout the supply chain, create real-time visibility in postal sorting offices, and increase efficiency and safety within hospitals.
You will be part of a dedicated team that supports our customers all over the world. Our technologies are centered around RFID. LS helps tracking “things” for our customers. Through our network of RFID equipment, placed in Postal distribution centers all over the world, we help keep track of letters, packages, and equipment. In airports we keep track of baggage and in hospitals we keep track of people, vital tools, and machines.

You will be in reference to the VP of service and be a part of the Logistics Services team. From here, you will be the key person between the customers and the rest of Lyngsoe Systems.

Job description

You will be direct responsible for:
- Lyngsoe Systems’ largest service accounts
- Oversee and guide activities of the Service team
- Create SLA reports and follow up on SLA’s
- Ensure service team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements
- Monitors department issues and client complaints
- Develop problem management and service improvement plans
- Ensure customer/business, client, support, technical parties are represented in the definition and evolution of services
- Maintain customer relationships
- Ad Hoc support in 2. level support
