Job description
Customer Service is a masterpiece of STG’s end-to-end Supply Chain. In STG’s consumer centric approach, high value lies in Customer experience. The Customer Service Teamlead entails all activities designed to meet customer satisfaction and financial targets.
Main assignments and responsibilities are:
- Manage an international team of Customer Service Associates (+/- 7 employees), to drive daily order management execution to fulfil demand and meet customer service levels;
- Identify opportunities for service excellence, continuous improvement and innovation within the team;
- Work cross-functionally with planning and country sales teams. Collaborate in close link with stakeholders, to manage demand and supply exceptions and escalate issues where necessary: act as senior focal point within the organization;
- Drive the metrics: service levels (respect of Service Level Agreements, Finished Goods availability), order fulfillment (On Time In Full) and Finished Goods obsolescence.
What’s needed for you to succeed?
You are accustomed to working in an international company collaborating with colleagues from different locations. You possess good business acumen and demonstrate excellent communication skills as you need to interact on different levels. You are a people manager, who can motivate and engage your team. You demonstrate sense of priority and you are able to plan and organize to achieve deadlines in the right way. You drive change.
Other requirements:
- You have a bachelor degree; Supply Chain degree is desirable;
- Experienced with customer service in an international environment;
- Management skills;
- Good knowledge of ERP systems;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish.
