About the job
In Global Regulatory Affairs at LEO Pharma A/S we are looking for a Business Supporter who will help us ensure we have a global organization that is well-functioning and strategic.
You will join a newly established team (Regulatory Projects & Business Support) in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, consisting of 10 people working with various tasks either as project managers for strategic business projects, with budgeting, training or with communication.
As Business Supporter your primary tasks will be to proactively:
Drive the Planning & Forecasting of tasks and resources Ensure involvement in and contribution to Benchmarking activities and organizational trend analyses Drive Project Management Office activities such as Strategic KPI Management; maintaining the overview of Business Projects in Global Regulatory Affairs Assist the Head of Regulatory Projects & Business Support with planning of and preparation for Strategic Board Meetings governed by the Global Regulatory Leader Team
In addition, you can expect to be involved in regulatory business projects either as project manager or as a project member according to the needs of the organization.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree within finance or business OR within Life Sciences. Preferably you have experience from Regulatory Affairs or the pharmaceutical Industry.
You have strong analytical skills and proven track record with KPI management. You build strong relations to stakeholders across the organization and are a quick learner thereby understanding the challenges and the needs. Experience with working in a project management office will be an advantage but not a prerequisite. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo or look for new ways of doing things to ensure Global Regulatory Affairs is and remains competitive on an organizational level.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English and you like to work across cultures and skill types in a busy environment.
