Join our Customer Care unit in our Nordic Sales Organization
In Customer Care, Denmark & Sweden, in GN Hearing, we are 7 Nordic colleagues who in cooperation with our specialized order entry and logistics teams focus on providing strong support to our customers in the Danish and Swedish markets.
Our aim is to ultimately enable our end-users to hear more, do more and be more than they ever thought possible.

Support our Swedish customers
As our new customer care coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Swedish customers – from public and private hearing care professionals to end users – regarding their orders and shipments via phone and e-mail. This also entails close collaboration with our internal order entry and logistics teams regarding orders and shipments as well as our sales teams in terms of new products and campaigns. You aim to build strong relationships with our Swedish customers by:

Support our Swedish customers
As our new customer care coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our Swedish customers – from public and private hearing care professionals to end users – regarding their orders and shipments via phone and e-mail. This also entails close collaboration with our internal order entry and logistics teams regarding orders and shipments as well as our sales teams in terms of new products and campaigns. You aim to build strong relationships with our Swedish customers by:
- Proactively following up on service levels, feedback, queries and complaints
- Promoting the use of e-commerce and performing sales activities towards customers in cooperation with Sales
- Carrying out proactive activities to support the start-up of a new Swedish contract, new dispenser(s) and/or supporting Sales during product launches
- Ensuring customers receive sufficient marketing materials, fitting software, accessories, etc.
- Visiting customers, exhibitions and product launches when relevant
Customer service experience via phone and e-mail
We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working from behind the desk. That being said, you thoroughly enjoy collaboration with customers and colleagues alike. For this role, we also imagine that you:
- Have a few years of customer service experience from a role where you have used the phone and e-mail as primary tools.
- May have experience with providing customer service on technical products in a back-office function.
- Possibly have some knowledge within the field of audiology, though this is not a prerequisite.
- Master Microsoft Office and maybe have experience working with ERP systems.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English
