What will you be doing?
In our offices in Ballerup, you will join our team consisting of UX/UI specialists, software developers and more. Here, you will function on the commercial team, building the next generation customer success model.

Fluent written and spoken English skills

What will you be doing?
In our offices in Ballerup, you will join our team consisting of UX/UI specialists, software developers and more. Here, you will function on the commercial team, building the next generation customer success model.
To achieve this, you will:
- Refine the current customer success framework and develop the next iteration(s) with a focus on scalability
- Build and nurture customer relationships - understanding their needs/goals and identifying opportunities to create value
- Collaborate with software team to define rich feedback systems, giving leading indicators for customer health and input into product development
- Manage customer onboarding, journey mapping, feedback, and pipeline
- Drive post-sales in collaboration with our global sales force and enable them with data, documentation, sales strategies, etc.
- Do what’s right for each customer in a diverse, global customer base

- Customer success or account management experience in enterprise software (or other complex sales)
- Technical and business understanding of AI applications and SaaS
- Strong consultative ability – listening, questioning, analytical mindset, empathy, negotiation skills, clear communication
- Excellent presentation skills with orientation towards teaching and enablement
