About the company: At Eat Grim, we’re on a mission to fundamentally change the way people eat. We bring 40% of all food that goes uneaten because of visual imperfections and inefficiencies in today's food value chain, back on people's plates, and thereby save food from being wasted. From our headquarters in Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen, we deliver “ugly-by-nature” and surplus fresh fruit and veg box subscriptions directly to people’s homes, and also supply food businesses with sustainable produce. Thereby we can address one of the biggest contributors to climate change, food waste.

About the job: Eat Grim is now looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist (full time) with a passion for creating great customer relations with our food box subscribers. You will be the face to our customers and turn them into ambassadors by providing professional, timely and helpful customer support at all times. You are also a quick learner and fast problem solver, and are able to keep track and report on KPIs that help us improve our internal procedures and customer experience across all touchpoints.

Your responsibilities

  • You’re the face to our customers, ensuring they receive amazing customer service and company updates by answering inquiries through Hubspot and Zendesk, phone, email and social media to drive customer retention, upsales and advocacy.
  • Work closely with external logistics partners and other service providers as well as in-house teams to ensure excellent customer experience throughout all touchpoints.
  • Create company policies, procedures and process documentation.
  • Train and onboard new and existing customer success staff.
  • Report, track and feedback on customer success KPIs to continuously improve Eat Grim.
  • Ad hoc support, operations & communication tasks.

About you

  • Danish native or bilingual language proficiency is mandatory. Our office language is English, and we communicate with customers primarily in Danish.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Experience using help desk and CRM software.
  • Excellent and confident in written & spoken communication.
  • A self-starter with initiative and self-motivation.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • You love helping others, building positive relationships and resolving conflicts with our customers and partners.
  • Knowledge in the food, tech or subscription industry is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for our mission to fight food waste.

About this position

  • We expect to have you started in W49, on Monday, 06.10.
  • Apply with a cover letter, CV and list of references - all written in Danish language.
  • This is a full time position. Availability Monday to Friday is the rule, and every second Saturday for an hour.
  • Salary commensurate with experience and skills and is subject to negotiation.

Danish native or bilingual language proficiency is a requirement.
