The Service Coordinator will have responsibility for planning and execution of a wide variety of jobs on oil / gas and wind farm structures. With the right mind-set and a proactive attitude, you will have a great chance to make a difference and to create a long-lasting career.

The Division
Our division is dedicated to conduct operations with well-qualified, experienced staff who can take care of a variety of repair works – mainly on offshore structures. We do everything within fabric maintenance, rope access and mechanical works.

Responsibilities:
With direct reporting to the Operations Manager in Denmark, you will be part of a strong group in our service department. Your primary objectives are:
• Plan and coordinate jobs for onshore and offshore related to sectors in Wind, Oil & Gas. Planning includes liaison with customers, loadout lists, work pack preparation, grouping the right personnel for the task and subsequent travel – helicopter –and CTV bookings.
• Coordinate ad hoc rope access operations on –and offshore, including document preparation and validation within Semco procedures. Therefore, experience within rope access and/or rigging/SLS, scaffold will be an advantage.
• Involvement in special services required by our customers
• Business development and new service solutions within our business area

Professional qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a background from the offshore industry with a deep understanding for most of the daily tasks
Furthermore, you must preferably have:
• Fabric maintenance, rigging or rope access experience
• Ability to plan a job will all involved steps (planning, paint specs, materials sourcing, documentation and test requirements, ITP etc.)
• Fluent language skills in Danish and English – both verbal and written
• High cultural competences and empathic approach to different people and company cultures
• Planning and coordination experience
