Georg Jensen AS is looking for a Customer Service Assistant who is eager to deliver unrivalled customer service and has an avid passion for serving our customers, enjoying the everyday contact, while giving an out of the ordinary and inspiring customer service experience. Primary focus will be handling daily requests of Scandinavian wholesale customers.

The role
Do you have experience delivering unrivalled customer service? Do you have excellent English, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian language skills? Then you might just be the Customer Service Assistant that Georg Jensen is looking for, in our beautiful Headquarters in Frederiksberg. You will report to the Customer Service & Sales Support Manager. The role ensures continuous and constructive dialog with customers and other partners, while retaining close relations with the sales department and the CS Team, with many touch points within the organization (e.g. Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance and Marketing).

Your key responsibilities:
- Handling of daily requests from customers by phone or e-mails, primarily for the Scandinavian wholesale customers
- Handling & processing of orders, returns, claims, repairs, product launches, shipping & account related queries
- Support Regional area sales managers
- Ad Hoc tasks within customer service
- Back-up
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- Previous Customer Service experience with experience in sales and order flows
- High language proficiency in both written and oral Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English
- Works independently and has excellent cooperation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Outlook), and ERP systems such as AX12
Your profile being:
- Passion for Customer service, with excellent telephone manners and relational skills
- High stress threshold with the ability to multitask and utilize exceptional prioritization skills
- Extrovert personality who is service minded and flexible
- Accommodating, professional, while having a great commercial and proactive mind set
