Welcome to the BASF Customer Service team
BASF Coatings Services makes paint for the Automotive Refinish industry. As a lead supplier, BASF operate in the B2B market, selling car paint as well as paint-related products and services to companies in the Nordic countries, UK & Ireland, Poland and the Baltics.
Joining BASF at the office at Kalvebod Brygge in Copenhagen, you will become part of a great Customer Service team. The team consists of thirteen close colleagues of six different nationalities providing services to their customers across the Nordic countries as well as the UK and Ireland.
Provide excellent customer service to customers in Sweden
Alongside one of your new colleagues, you will specifically be responsible for supporting B2B customers in Sweden, handling both incoming calls and emails as well as a wide range of administrative tasks.
In what is thus a very varied workday, you will answer enquiries on a number of topics, provide information about delivery times and prices, update information in various systems, and handle orders and follow up on loose ends to make sure their customers receive the best possible service.
More specifically, your key tasks will include:
• Processing orders and handling invoicing in SAP
• Following up on back orders
• Handling corrections, complaints and credit notes
• Maintaining customer master data, customer prices and discounts
• Cooperating with warehouses and logistics partners
• Staying in close contact with the regional sales reps and technicians on a daily basis
• Participating in ad hoc assignments such as improvement projects

Excellent Swedish skills and a finely tuned intercultural understanding
Your interpersonal skills and your ability to navigate the Swedish language means you can adapt your communication to whomever you are interacting with. This allows you to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
• Have 2+ years of experience from a similar position
• Are fluent in Swedish and have a good knowledge of English
• Have experience with B2B clients in Sweden
• Have a high level of technical understanding and are comfortable handling various IT systems and programmes (SAP, Salesforce, Excel, etc.)
