The position
As a Global Customer Service & Shipping Specialist, you are responsible for:
- Dispatch of orders to our DK and export markets
- Communication with customers about orders, deliveries and inquiries both by telephone, mail and online platforms
- Preparation and transmission of shipping documents (export)
- Booking of freight: sea, truck and air
- Cooperation with the global sales force for retail, partners and factories
- Ongoing dialogue with production units locally and abroad
- Ad hoc assignments in Global Customer Service & Shipping
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience from a similar position as well as relevant education. You are probably trained in shipping. You have extensive experience in exports both in and outside Europe. You are a team player and used to collaborating across the organisation, and you have the ability to be empathetic and trustworthy in collaborating with colleagues and customers. You are good at taking independent responsibility and proactive when it comes to problem-solving. We expect skills in planning and prioritising your time as we have many tasks with deadlines. You have a humorous and positive approach to the tasks. English writing and speaking skills are a requirement.
You are used to working with ERP systems and a common user of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs is an advantage.
