As a customer support at SharkGaming, support and service are a top priority. And it is natural for you to do your best to give our customers a professional and amazing experience every time, they contact us.
You will become a success in the position if you:
It's an advantage, if you have previous experience with customer interaction, however it's not a requirement. Futhermore you need to have an interest in PCs and gaming. But the most important thing is that you have a lot of drive, willpower, high work ethic, and want to give our customers the best experience.
In SharkGaming, great customer experience is very valuable, and we know that great customer support is important from the beginning to the end.
Your daily tasks will be supporting SharkGaming's customers on the phone and in writing. Our contact with the customers consists of everything from the first experience of purchase, in the making of the order, and after the customer has received the order.
You will be a part of a team in a company that is growing and will continue to perform the best support. The team has recently been put together, and you will be working closely with your nearest colleagues, but also across other departments in SharkGaming. In the support-team we have both danish, swedish and norwegian employees, who all loves gaming and most importantly the great customer experience.
Work schedule: Part-time position - 20 hours per week. Work hours: Monday - Friday from 9-13.
