Customer Care Assistant
Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a service-minded Customer Care Assistant who will become a part of our B2C Customer Care team located in our warehouse at Glostrup.
The position is full-time and consists of a period of 4 months (1st of December 2023 to 1st of April 2024). You will have plenty of opportunities to test your communication and service skills and to explore your interests by working closely with other departments such as E-commerce, Back Office, Return department etc., in an international fashion company.

Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a service-minded Customer Care Assistant who will become a part of our B2C Customer Care team located in our warehouse at Glostrup.

You will have plenty of opportunities to test your communication and service skills and to explore your interests by working closely with other departments such as E-commerce, Back Office, Return department etc., in an international fashion company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure delivery of perfect customer service across all channels (e-mail, phone, live-chat, social etc.)
- Handling of customer and carrier claims
- Handling of credit notes
- Observe and report issues back to relevant departments
- Backoffice tasks
- Different AD-HOC tasks
YOUR PROFILE
- Passion for apparel/clothing and its customer’s shopping behavior
- Self-starter and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Fluent in Danish and English both verbally and in writing or English and a third language such as Swedish, Norwegian, German or French
- Positive, extrovert, and service minded
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus
