We are looking for an extra colleague for our customer service department. So, if you answer yes to the above, you are the one we are looking for!
Your responsibilities
As an employee in our customer service department, you will provide high-quality service, whether you serve family farms, large agricultural companies or other companies associated with the agro-industry, primarily related to pig production.
You will be part of our Danish and international teams, where you communicate on several platforms and help customers all over the world optimize the use, and thus the benefit, of our software.
You know how to address all types of questions, wishes and ideas to the right people in our organization.
You are focused on results and possess strong communication skills.
Your starting point is always to think in terms of solutions that benefit our customers. You are our eyes and ears in the field and you are able to spot the need for changes, both when it comes to products and workflows.
With good analytical skills and professional insight, you can recognize the customer's situation and understand how to give service-oriented response at eye level.

Our team
Our customer service consists of approximately 50 people divided into teams in several locations around the world. The majority in our offices in Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands. We handle all types of inquiries regarding our products and their use.

We focus on professional and personal development and support this by preparing an individual development plan for each employee to offer relevant guidance and training.

- Agricultural background with emphasis on pig production
- Service-oriented with the eyes for details
- Proactive, team- and solution-oriented approach to work
- Technical understanding
- Professional, enthusiastic and flexible
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Danish, mother tongue is a must-have
- German and/or other European languages can be an advantage
