MINI A TURE is a leading B Corp certified outerwear brand that dresses kids aged 0-12 for everyday adventures in any kind of weather. MINI A TURE was founded 20 years ago and has since the beginning wanted to make a difference. The company feels strongly responsible for the future generations and strives to protect nature and its resources in the production and sales of 2 annual collections. The award-winning brand is internationally known for an exquisite quality, beautiful and functional designs made from recycled materials. MINI A TURE is looking for a Sales Support & Customer Service Assistant to join our team at the headquarters in Hellerup. You will work closely together with the CCO and Head of Marketing & Ecommerce, as well as other internal teams within the organization.

Key responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Daily maintenance of B2B portals (agent portal and B2B Webshop).
  • Wholesale order placement and movements after closure of collection sales.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer datafiles.
  • Write sales texts and other product information.
  • Produce and send out BTB news mails.
  • Provide wholesale customers with the necessary information regarding products, deliveries, and payments.
  • Collect various statistics on a continuous basis and per request across BTB and BTC sales channels.
  • Ad hoc tasks related to sales support.

Consumer Customer Service

  • Process returns, claims, etc. including conflict management.
  • Daily Webshop order-flow follow up.
  • Ensure a high level of support to all MINI A TUREs consumers across all channels, incl. email, Facebook, Instagram, and phone.
  • Provide consumers with the necessary information regarding products, deliveries, payments etc.
  • Ad hoc tasks related to consumer customer service.

Other tasks

  • Sample management, to and from customers, photographers, press/influencers etc.
  • Management of office send outs and parcels.
  • Show room maintenance, steaming of collections etc.
  • Ad hoc tasks in the office.

Qualifications

  • Experience from a similar position is necessary.
  • Naturally service-, support-, and detail oriented.
  • Fluent in both English and Danish. Other languages would be an advantage.
  • Commercial mind set.
  • Ability to organize multiple projects at a time and work independently.
  • Providing work at an efficient level without compromising quality.
  • Superuser in Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Navision or TRIMIT is an advantage.
