On behalf of Mölnlycke, a world-leading company for medical products and solutions, we are looking for a service-minded Customer Experience Specialist.
In this role, you will be taking ownership of the Order to Invoice processes to ensure compliance and sustainability. You will actively listen to customers’ needs and proactively promote existing offers and services. You will also collect customer insights to develop product and service offering. In addition, you will be engaging proactively with local sales and support functions as well as other internal/external organizations in order to secure appropriate support to achieve customer satisfaction. You will be the first and main contact person for all customer interactions ensuring professional and seamless communication.
Your task is to contribute to the Customer Experience Team to deliver a seamless customer experience, adding business value through an integrated best-in-class service to align with customer centricity orientation:
• Manage Mölnlycke customer experience for the assigned group of customers, territory or channel, ensuring follow-up on enquiries and post-sales
• Provide a proactive and personalized customer relationship for the company’s offerings and services
• Drive issue resolution through internal and external stakeholder coordination
• Handle the order-to-invoice activities to provide the best customer experience
• Track and trace customers deliveries from order registration to delivery
• Receive and process delivery and invoicing complaints
• Follow logistic issues and supply coordination
• Coordinate activities with QA and logistics department in organizing returns with the customer in case of product quality issue
• Great communications skills
• Service-minded and detail-oriented
• Basic business finance acumen
• Stakeholder and relationship management
• Entrepreneurial and business mindset

• Preferably, bachelor's degree and/or Customer Service experience in an international commercial environment
• Experience with customer interactions
• Knowledge and understanding of order-to-invoice processes
• Digitally savvy
• Microsoft suite and SAP
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and orally
• Knowledge of Norwegian is an asset
