On behalf of Ballard Power Systems Europe A/S, Randstad is looking for a Customer Care Manager to the Customer Care department in the Commercial group based in Hobro, Denmark. As part of the newly established Customer Care Organization, Ballard Power Systems Europe A/S wants to increase focus on Service level agreements and Training Academy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementation, co-ordination and continuous improvement of their Service Level Agreements and Training Academy in close co-operation with the European Field Service Team and Customer Care team at the Headquarter based in Vancouver.
This role includes leading a small team and being responsible for customer-facing activities, such as selling Service Level Agreements and training programs as well as outlining materials for both areas.
This position will also help to enhance the synergy among Customer Care, Business Operation, Product Line Management and Engineering areas and will ultimately enhance the customer journey and be a vital part of Ballard´s commercial excellence initiatives.
• Outlining, quoting and negotiating SLA with customers in co-operation with the sales team
• Close co-operation with the Manager of the European Field service team to ensure alignment of SLA conditions and work to be carried out in the field
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Training Academy – closely co-ordinated with the Headquarter in Vancouver
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for customer care and training academy, selling the organization’s products and providing customer service
• To outline the concept, implement and develop Sales, Product & Service material for training sessions
• Harness customer and market feedback for developing internal training material based on customer integration and usage feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other related fields of study
• 5 – 10 years of related Customer Care/Service experience or alternatively from project sales or
Product Management
• Commercial experience from sales or sales-related position is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels within diverse organizations
• Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
