Therefore, we are searching for a skilled SAP Process Supporter who is interested in driving implementation of changes and improving setup of SAP within the operational area, e.g. Logistics, Warehouse, Production, QC as well as QA at the Hørsholm site.
The SAP Support Team
ALK continue to grow our business - and an integrated part of this is our focus on increasing and improving the utilization of SAP which can lead to higher efficiency, more control and better overview. This is where the SAP Support Team plays an important role.
You will join a team of SAP Process Supporters who supports both daily business processes and participate in cross functional projects to optimize and expand our business. We work in a cGMP environment where all changes to SAP are documented. Furthermore, we are also responsible for the general SAP training programs and for training of SAP superusers in the operational areas and QA.

The role as SAP Process Supporter
As SAP Process Supporter, you will have a variety of responsibilities and tasks, and very often no two days are alike. Below, you can see examples of some of the exciting tasks, you will be handling
You’ll be working with various stakeholders across the organization in Hørsholm as well as with SAP colleagues in Spain, US, France, and Poland. The tasks will vary from back-office SAP tasks to more out-going tasks where new SAP solutions/setups and troubleshooting will be done together with “the customers”.
You will act as the interface between IT and Operations and must be able to explain complex situations in simple terms to make the two worlds understand each other.
In general, there is an increasing demand on the job marked for people who can define, understand, and create SAP solutions which can support the more practical production processes. In this position you will have great opportunities to develop your SAP competences in a GMP environment, and at the same time you’ll get a good understanding of the practical daily GMP processes which is supported and optimized by use of SAP. Furthermore, you’ll get an insight into general business processes, as value streams from the production areas are reflected in SAP.

The role as SAP Process Supporter

- Define and ensure implementation of improved SAP master data and functionality setup to optimize ALK’s business
- Request and test new SAP functionalities
- Support your colleagues in daily operations in troubleshooting to fix urgent SAP issues
- Ensure maintenance of master data
- Ensure the validated state of SAP operational transactions
- Update and establish required documentation
- Support minor to major projects with SAP knowledge and solutions
- Establish, support and perform training related to SAP

Your qualifications
- You have knowledge/experience from production in a regulated environment (e.g. Pharmaceutical or food/beverages), including change control cases
- You have a technical education within engineering, science, supply chain or similar
- You have experience with SAP, preferably with e.g., MM, PP, QM modules
- You have project experience either from handling small to medium complex projects or from participation in projects
- You have good collaboration and communication skills
- You are fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
