We are currently looking for a new coordinator to join our Customer Service & Logistics team at Pharmacosmos. If you enjoy optimizing logistic flows and enjoy providing great Customer Service then here is a great opportunity to join a Danish Pharmaceutical company on an interesting growth journey.
With reference to the team lead for Customer Service & Logistics your role will be exciting and full of variety.
We are already 4 individuals in the team all with our own responsibilities, and you will similarly get the full responsibility for your own portfolio.

YOUR NEW ROLE
With reference to the team lead for Customer Service & Logistics your role will be exciting and full of variety.

With the role as coordinator, you will work with:
- Customer Service tasks including:
- Handling of orders from A-Z and deliver great service throughout the process
- Invoice processing, including ensuring correctness
- Execution of shipment
- Logistics tasks including:
- Handling our external logistics contractor and managing KPI’s
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery and distribution
- Ensuring import / export shipment documentation is current and correct
- Ensure consolidation of transportation where possible
- Analyzing trade lanes and freight corridors

What you will bring to the team
You will hold a relevant education within logistics combined with 4-5 years of experience from a similar role.
We imagine that some of your personal qualifications include:
- Work structured and possesses a good understanding of the importance of details
- Ability to keep a clear head during a busy workday
- Like to work with a broad range of external and internal stakeholders
- Interest in logistical improvement potentials
- Has a systematic approach to solving tasks
We expect you to bring your professional qualification preferably including:
- Experience with warehouse and distribution management incl KPI’s
- Experience with Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Experience with global transportation including shipping documents and import / export handling (airfreight, road and sea)
- Working with WMS support to warehouse
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures and transport routes
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of ERP (MS Axapta), WMS, MS office and Power BI
- Previous experience from Pharma industry is an advantage
- Interest in Sustainability
