We are looking for a driven Fleet Service Specialist in for our office in Horsens

You’ll be part of the global success of DSV, number 4 freight forwarding company in the world. DSV Equipment is a best-in-class equipment department that hires out different types of trailers and containers to other DSV departments across Europe. Equipment head office is in Puurs (Belgium), but has decentralised equipment centres around Western Europe.

Customer service, trailers and administrative
Your new everyday life is to secure our trailer flow to be up and running as best as possible - around Europe.

As Fleet Service Specialist, you:

  • Oversee and control our trailer fleet, our fleet must be up and running all the time
  • Provide excellent customer service; the deployment of our trailer fleet, MOT inspections, claims and specific services
  • Control the supply and demand of trailers with various transport departments within DSV
  • Clarifies the customer’s needs, finding intelligent and efficient solutions
  • Registrate MOTs and maintenance requests in our Fleet Management System
  • Maintain contracts regarding trailer rental and services in our system
  • Ensure the flow of trailers in DSV workshops are handled from an efficient – strategic and cost controlling perspective
  • Control and check invoices on correct prices, numbers and maintenance to prevent mistakes and control costs

differences well. In addition, we truly value your attitude, passion and interest in the trailer market

much higher than the topic on grades of your exam papers.

  • You are a passionate team player, setting the “We” before “Me”
  • You have 2 years professional experience in the transport sector, e.g. with equipment control
  • You own a solid operational understanding of the transport industry
  • You have a sound customer-oriented approach
  • You have experience with Fleet Management Systems
  • You can multitask in a dynamic environment
  • You communicate effortlessly, written and verbally, in English
