2 Inside Sales and Customer Service – Specialty Fasteners - Hvidovre

We need 2 new colleagues to help us with inside sales and customer service for our European customers. You will be involved in all parts of the sales cycle - from initial customer contact to final deliveries.
Responsibilities will include:
* Interface with customers via email / phone, gather requirements, drawings, specifications and setup quotes, orders as well as the purchasing materials.
* Providing customer support: Manage order timing, work with vendors, communicate with customers regarding order timing, issues, alternatives etc.
* Provide shipping support about 20% of time: Give a hand with large orders, assist during busy periods and help as a backup to shipping personnel.
It is essential that you have technical flair as our products are sold to technical specifications. You will have to understand technical drawings and material specifications provided by the customer and communicate relevant information to our production. Your specific technical background is less important, as we will make sure that you will get proper technical training.
Superior skills in written English is mandatory. Danish language skills are not essential.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
- A positive and energic attitude
- Industrial or mechanical experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A professional and self-motivated personality that is looking for ways to improve things.
- Some experience in customer service or inside sales (preferred but not necessary)
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Flexibility to tackle a variety of challenges in operations, business and quality.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
A criminal record must be presented.
