Nets is looking for a world class Finnish speaking Retention Consultant Are you passionate about customers, service, retention and sales? Do you want to demonstrate your skills and develop in a successful team while building your own career at Nets? Your key responsibilities as Nets' new Retention Consultant will be to make outgoing calls to existing Finnish customers on different campaigns. In these calls, your main focus is to ensure a good experience and retain the customers.
Your tasks will involve:
- Handling outgoing calls based on churn analytics
- Drive churn prevention campaigns
- Attend to customer queries and ensure highest customer satisfaction
- Cross-sales to existing customers
You will be a part of a successful and social Nordic team, where employee satisfaction, career development and winner mentality is highly prioritized. The team is based in Ballerup, Denmark. All your daily tasks are related to Finnish speaking customers, but you will have Norwegian, Swedish and Danish colleagues.

• Speaks and writes Finnish and English fluently
