You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.
Your key responsibilities are calls from existing norwegian speaking customers. Your main focus is to secure a good experience and affect the customers to stay longer with Nets. All your daily task are related to norwegian speaking customers but you will be a part of a Nordic Team and have Finnish, Swedish and Danish colleagues.
Keeping our customers happy and satisfied is a key part of this job. We do this by making excellent service and making sure the customers have all the products they need to drive their business forward. You don’t have to be able to sell sand in the desert, but good communicational skills are important.

- Experience with selling and/or customer service.
- That you are a tough negotiator who delivers excellent service.
- Great communicational skills. You can talk to anyone from anywhere.
- Experience with inbound or outbound calling.
- Speak and write Norwegian and English fluently
