As an Implementation Analyst, you will assist customers in the configuration, integration, and deployment of Siteimprove solutions. Keeping our customers successful and thriving is paramount to our business. From the client kickoff call to the final stages of production you will be an integral part in getting Siteimprove’s customers off to the right start.

  • Adaptable multitasker who can independently prioritize multiple complex projects and adjust to accommodate unexpected changes.
  • Sophisticated communicator who bring professionalism, credibility and engagement to every interaction and who can translate technical terminology into easy-to-understand language.
  • Detail-oriented analyst with an eye for the smallest details and a talent for flawless execution.
  • Influential team player who excel at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technically curious learner who constantly seek new information to stay relevant and prepared for solution enhancements and operational process changes to adjust for customer needs.

Essential Functions

  • Develop a thorough understanding and knowledge of all aspects of Siteimprove solutions.
  • Work with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Product to understand new product offerings and ensure all effective roll out and adoption of all Siteimprove solutions.
  • Work closely with project sponsor and stakeholders in delivering project goals and objectives.
  • Verify all associated products and services are configured for each solution.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
  • Ensure the prime objective of “delivering moments of wow to our customers” is always met.
  • Coordinate and conduct user training.
  • Recommend product enhancements and new product opportunities to the Product Management team.
  • Concurrently work on multiple customer implementation engagements.
  • Ability to objectively look at processes and make recommendations based on changing business needs.
  • Work across multiple time zones.
  • 10+% travel may be required and may require working outside of hours.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We Require of You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • 2+ years’ experience as an Implementation Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role, preferably with SaaS product(s).
  • Valid Passport.

  • Experience in digital marketing and Customer success.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with a CRM tool.
  • High level knowledge of Digital Content Creation, accessibility, Search Engine Optimization, and Digital Analytics.
  • Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience with Customer service.
  • Experience with screen share software.
  • Familiarity with HTML or web content management a plus.
