We are growing our Customer Service department, that are acting as Back Office for our consultants and customers placed all over the world, and we are looking for a Multilingual Specialist in Customer Service
Place of employment is Copenhagen and you will be part of the European Customer Service team. The department consists of employees of whom the majority is engaged with customer service and the rest with technical support.
You will refer directly to the Team Leader/Central Europe.

Main areas of responsibility:
Personal profile
We expect that you have experience from a similar position or have worked as an electrician/installer or in another technical environment. If you have experience with shipping as a forwarder or shipping assistant, it would also be an advantage. You excel in adapting to new environments and are a quick learner. You have strong language skills; the position requires English, both written and spoken. But French, Spanish and/or Italian will definitely be a plus.
You are familiar with customer support by phone and have experience with sales and customer service to the B2B market. Technical understanding (e.g., reading of drawings) will be an advantage.
You are well-organized, have a good overview and have a strong ability to prioritize your working efforts in busy periods.
We expect that you have a solid background in basic IT tools, particularly with MS Office and preferably also SAP and Salesforce. We have recently implemented a mail ticketing system.
