Are you passionate about revolutionizing customer experiences and driving meaningful change? Join us at Maersk as our Senior Customer Experience Transformation Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer-centricity within our organization!

As we continue to expand our services and digital capabilities, we're seeking a dynamic individual to lead Customer Centricity transformation journey for our global Customer Experience function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our Customer Experience function, focusing on Voice of Customers and Customer Experience package.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing customer-centricity.

  • Lead the execution of Customer Experience Transformation goals and initiatives, both internally and externally facing.

  • Project manage initiatives, identifying and overcoming obstacles to drive progress.

  • Proactively adapt strategies to align with changing business needs and market dynamics.

  • Drive customer journey transformation and operational efficiency to achieve service excellence.

  • Develop and manage the Customer Listening framework to gather valuable insights.

  • Provide performance updates and insights across Customer Experience touchpoints, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Advocate for the customer perspective and champion customer-centricity within the CX community.



Key Accountabilities:

  • Define and implement the customer listening approach within the Customer Experience function.

  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction across all CX touchpoints.

  • Develop and optimize the customer experience service package.



Critical Competencies:

  • Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.



  • Profound consultative skills with the ability to engage stakeholders through storytelling and executive presence.

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of deriving insights from data to drive change.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for remote collaboration and global leadership.

  • High level of collaboration and persuasion skills.

  • Proficiency in technology tools such as CRM and social media.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Self-motivated, perseverant, and inclusive in approach.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Experience in Customer Experience or related roles.

  • Proven track record of leading successful customer-centric initiatives.

  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
