Nordiccom is growing in Copenhagen and in Helsinki. The range of our Finnish team’s assignments are expanding, and we are looking for a Finnish speaking sales/customer service representative for projects dealing within the Finnish finance market.

Here you will be a part of an ambitious and resultoriented company. Your task will consist primarily of sales, customer service and advising current bank customers over the phone. We work on behalf of major European banks and strive to provide the best solutions on the market. We expect our team members to possess the following traits:
- A smiling, outgoing & energetic personality
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills & the ability to connect with many different people
- A competitive mentality & motivation through achieving results
- Flexibility & courage for challenging tasks
- Finnish language (English is an advantage)
Experience in customer service and sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.

With the entire Nordic market as our workplace and the phone as our tool, we provide solutions for sales and customer service for a wide range of companies in the financial business. We ensure the quality of our products and services and comply with banks’ standards and code of conduct.
Nordiccom consists of 110 employees divided into different teams and here you will meet Danes, Swedes, Norwegians as well as Finns. In Nordiccom we emphasize professionalism, but it is also important that we have fun when we are at work. Our goal is that our employees become skilled at their tasks and achieve good results. All training is conducted in your language.
