Do you want to help foreign specialists going to work in Sweden and promote GTS Nordic to our partners?

Then join our team working with the Swedish market and be part of a dynamic work place with good colleagues.

GTS provides employment to foreign specialists working on assignment in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. We facilitate the necessary paperwork and processes to comply with all local legislation for foreign specialists and expats.

As Client Coordinator for Sweden, you will handle incoming inquiries by phone and mail to advice our customers - both specialists and partners. You will take care of all the administration, to fulfil the strict compliance requirements when working in Sweden. It can be questions about employee solutions and contracts, payroll, relocations and work permits.
You will have your own customer portfolio consisting of agencies and specialists, with whom you maintain and ensure an ongoing dialogue.

You work closely together with dedicated and competent colleagues who emphasize positivity and humor.

You may have experience from a similar position with contact to Swedish/ international customers. You contribute to a good working climate with enthusiasm and go-ahead and thrive in a busy international environment with many contacts.

Your tasks will be:

- Contact, advice and servicing of foreign specialists and customers via email and phone
- Preparation and extension of contracts and cooperation agreements, registration and payslips
- Communication with Swedish authorities/municipalities
- Client meetings
- Cooperation with the other Nordic departments
- Participation in customer events and provide input for newsletters / sales activities etc.

Your profile

As a person, you are passionate about guiding customers and providing 1st class support. You thrive in an international environment with strong emphasis on the Nordics, and like to handle many different tasks. It is important that you are proactive and flexible. You may have an interest of legislations and contracts. You are:

  • Service minded and used to interact with customers by phone
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
  • Analytical and structured
  • Detail oriented
  • A few years working experience from Sweden would be an advantage
  • University degree or other higher education
  • Team oriented, enthusiastic and have a good sense of humor
