DEDIKATION is looking for a new Customer Relations Specialist with technical understanding for Emply's Support & Implementation team. You will be part of a team where you will work to help new customers get started using the Emply platform. Therefore, you must dare to challenge Emply's customers' old habits with new work processes. You will also need to help provide the best support to existing customers by phone and Zendesk. You will act as a link between the customers and our developers - therefore, you must be good at communicating in Danish and English - both in writing and orally.

Your tasks:
- Onboard and implement Emply´s platform with customers
- Educate new customers in the use of the Emply´s platform
- Have face-to-face and online meetings with customers
- Learn all about Emply's platform to become the best expert for new customers and Emply's sales team
- Be a good listener and report feedback back from Emply's users
- Provide outstanding support - both by phone and via Zendesk
- Report wishes and challenges to Emply's developers
About you:
- You are a team player and appreciate working together across teams
- You have experience in working with projects
- You can communicate with everything from regular users to directors without any problems
- You can speak and teach in front of a large audience
- You have technical understanding without being a technician
- You may have experience with implementation and even of HR systems, but that is not a requirement
- You speak and write both Danish and English - and may be either Dutch or German, but that is not a requirement
