DEDIKATION is looking for a Customer Relations Advisor with technical understanding for Emply's Support & Implementation team. You will be part of a team where your primary task will be to help our customers with their daily questions and challenges in our HR platform. Each customer has super-users responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of their users and candidates.
Together with the rest of the support team, your role acts as the link between the customer and our developers.
It is also essential that you communicate in Danish and English - both in writing and orally.

Your tasks:
  • Provide outstanding support - both by phone and via Zendesk
  • Be a good listener and report feedback back from our users
  • Report wishes and challenges to our developers
  • Assist with setting up new customers in collaboration with the implementation team


About you:
  • You are a team player and appreciate working together across teams
  • You can communicate with everyone from regular users to directors without any problems
  • You can talk any problem down and create security in even stressful situations
  • You have technical understanding without being a technician
  • You speak and write both Danish and English - and may be either Swedish, Norwegian, or German, but that is not required.
