Operations and Customer Care Coordinator


Our team:


Join sanofi Denmark as Operations and Customer Care Coordinator. The sanofi Operations and Customer Care Team plays a key role in ensuring product supply to patients in the Nordics, by managing warehouses, logistics and invoicing of products within the territories.

We work diligently to meet business objectives through strong processes of customer service and customer support, order-to-invoice processes, efficient logistics and 3rd party warehouse management, all with high level of compliance and process robustness.

This position combines the daily operational tasks with a focus on continuous improvement and project management. By being fully connected with the daily operations, this role is able to identify and implement practical innovations to business, customer or regulatory challenges.

This is a permanent role with limited travel expected.

Main responsibilities:


  • Customer Engagement and collaboration
  • Lead and/or support projects for continued improvement within the scope of the role, such as process harmonization, training and problem solving
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Operational coordination and management of 3rd party 3PLs and distribution centers
  • Daily sales and stock movement processes including month-end processes (reconciliation, reporting, accounting)
  • Master Data Management, related to customers, flows and products
  • Stock count, returns- and destruction, Reporting and analytics
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to improve, standardize, and develop processes of operations and customer care
  • Ensure compliance in all processes according to internal and external guidelines, and support proper documentation of tasks performed
  • Ad hoc tasks related to supply chain
  • This position is considered a GxP role

About you


  • Business Education preferable, University Degree preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years operational responsibilities in Customer Service, Supply Chain or SC Planning within international company
  • Skills within in Order-to-cash processes, customer interaction and Lead/Continuous Improvement projects preferable. Experience in accounting standards
  • Written and spoken English required. One or more Nordics languages a strong advantage
  • Team player
  • Accountable, takes ownership of tasks and decisions, success, and failures
  • Honest and open in communications
  • Capable to work effectively within a highly complex environment
  • Forward thinking with a proactive mindset
  • Disciplined to work highly accurate based on a strict calendar of activities
