Operations and Customer Care Manager
Our team:
Join sanofi Denmark as Operations and Customer Care Manager. The sanofi Operations and Customer Care Team plays a key role in ensuring product supply to patients in the Nordics, by managing warehouses, logistics and invoicing of products within the territories.
You will support sanofi to meet business objectives through strong processes
ensuring high customer service and order-to-cash, efficient logistics and warehouse management, all with high level of compliance and process robustness. Your responsibilities will be to lead, coach and develop the team to ensure to meet and exceed expectations.
This is a permanent role with limited travel expected.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop staff in order to create a high-performance team, by own example and by ownership of the department priorities
- Train and support the team with operational activities and ensuring that all critical processes are well documented, have a back-up and are periodically reviewed to ensure sanofi remains competitive
- Build Development plans to engage, grow and motivate the team
- Ensure that the core mission of the team is achieved on Operations, Customer Service and logistics within Group procedures and local laws and regulations
- Build a strong integration of People, Processes, Tools and Organization for efficient operations
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives within Order-to-Cash, logistics and related tasks
- Collaborate with neighboring functions and influence Group processes and harmonization across geographies
- Accountable for meeting the company’s compliance standard.
- Work closely with Quality and Internal Control on process optimization and compliance
- Review and Approve product returns and destructions on behalf of the Head of Supply Chain.
- In the role the employee must observe compliance with EU GDP and has EU GDP responsibilities
- Ad hoc support to the supply chain objectives
- Ensure that Head Count and Budget is delivered
About you
- Master’s degree in business / supply chain or comparable degree
- APICS certification in CPIM and/or CSCP preferred
- Minimum of 7 years leading teams within operational responsibilities in Customer Service, Supply Chain or SC Planning within international company
- Expertise in Order-to-cash processes, customer interaction and Lead/Continuous Improvement projects. Experience in accounting standards
- Team Leadership and coaching experience a preference
- Accountable, takes ownership of tasks and decisions, success, and failures
- Strong managerial skills, inspiring, coaching
- Analytical capabilities, able to set priorities and keep an overview in a complex environment.
- Capable to work effectively within a highly complex environment
- Forward thinking with a proactive mindset
- Change manager, driving the Continuous Improvement agenda and create the necessary urgency and mindset with the team
