Are you Nordea’s new Customer Experience Manager in Personal Banking Denmark? You are probably our new and valued colleague if you are passionate about translating customer experience data into actionable insights combined with a proven track record of positively impacting the customer satisfaction.
You will be part of a competent Nordic team of 14 dedicated colleagues, all working towards a common goal, and you will report to the Nordic Head of Customer Experience. The team is your basis for a strong broader collaboration, leveraging Nordea’s strengths as the largest Nordic bank, being both a safe and trusted bank and a relevant local relationship bank for the individual customer. The team you will join is characterised by high People Pulse ratings, strong collaboration, engagement, and a clear customer focused purpose.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to drive our customer experience initiatives in Personal Banking Denmark in collaboration with the Danish organisation. You will have your own responsibility being the Danish CX manager, ensuring that customer insights are translated into concrete actions that enhance our customers’ experience.
