Do you speak Norwegian, have brilliant ideas and are great at helping customers at the speed of light? Do you want to help us continue to develop our Philips Lightning/Signify's first-line support at our office in Copenhagen? If so, you should keep reading!

At Webhelp, we are always looking for the best advisors to help our customers and right now we are expanding our department for Nordic Philips Lightning/Signify. We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking advisor who is ready to take on the challenge of developing with us. If you are service-minded, technically interested, unpretentious, and always share new ideas, you are what we are looking for!

You will handle contacts from both corporate and private customers, so we would like to see that you are a great communicator. After two weeks of paid training, you will have the tools to tackle the various issues we handle surrounding the client's products. We work with a broad portfolio of products and services, which means that we continuously provide internal education to be able to assist our customers in a first-class way! To succeed in the job, you need to be fluent in Norwegian and English. Merit is if you have previously worked with service, and be a fearless communicator who embraces challenges and wants to grow with us.

About the job:

  • The opening hours are Monday - Friday from 08.00-18.00. We are closed on weekends.
  • The position is full-time employment with a 37.5-hour working week.
