For our office in Copenhagen we are looking for a skilled and dedicated German-speaking customer service colleague who is passionate about delivering excellent experiences to our customers through cheerful communication, and a structured, proactive approach to problem-solving and communication with our customers.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service employee in our e-commerce operations team you are expected to lead yourself and manage the responsibility for our business’ customer satisfaction level by managing in-bound communication with customers through email, telephone, chat, and social media, problem-solving cases for our soon-to-be-happy customers, and assisting the e-commerce marketing team with communication and translation-related projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communication with customers through email, telephone, chat and social media in German & English
  • Communication and translation support to our E-commerce Marketing Team in German & English
  • Quality control and development of AndLight.de, AndLight.at, AndLight.ch and AndLight.com
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks related to brand building and business development in German & English

OUR EXPECTATIONS. YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Experience with customer service
  • Knowledge of communication best practices via email, chat, and social media
  • Proactive, structured, and cheerful with a good understanding and interest in great customer experiences
  • Graduated from a bachelor’s degree relevant to Communication, Marketing, or Business Management
  • Great communication skills in German and English, both speech and writing
