We are now looking for a Cargo Customer Service Representative to join our Nordic team in Denmark
We are looking for an outgoing, sales and service driven person to join our Danish team. You are self-driven as well as a team player with knowledge of the cargo industry, the Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our Customers and internal linking pin for various cargo domains.
The Customer Service Representative is part of the Nordic customer service centralized organization (CSO), based in Denmark. The job includes daily contact with our customers towards the Danish, Swedish, Finish and Norwegian market. Customer Service is responsible for providing excellent customer services and maximizing the Air France - KLM - Martinair Cargo sales and profitability.
The Customer Service Representative is the entry point for commercial customers andacts as a DigitalSupport officer, guiding and supporting customers in their online journey The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the customer specific offer preparation, ad hoc data analysis and follow up on incoming quotation and customer service related requests. The Customer Service Representative is able to identify and execute commercial opportunities through close collaboration with the Sales and Business Development teams.
Our preferred candidate has experience within the air cargo business, freight forwarding industry or logistics, as well as knowledge of airfreight processes and procedures.
We expect candidates to have advanced skills in MS Office.
Being fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and English mandatory (written/verbal).
