Currently, we are looking for a proactive, open-minded, high performing, and results-oriented colleague (yes, you need to possess all those four qualities!) to join our team of Customer Service Specialists. The CSS team occupies a central position within our business helping our customers get from having signed the contract to experiencing first value and onwards in their journey with us as rapidly and smoothly as possible. That means, everything we do in Customer Service is centered on understanding what needs to happen to our customers for them to be successful and reach their critical milestones (technical and otherwise) and operationalize around that.

We are close to 80 employees from 18 different countries, all working closely together. In eloomi we work with customers in more than 25 countries around the world and we are heavily expanding our markets in the UK, Nordics, DACH and Benelux and have just entered the US market as well. What is the job about

As a Customer Service Specialist your are responsible for helping our customers connect their use cases to the capabilities of eloomi and make sure they reach their desired outcomes. You will be doing this by using your knowledge of the eloomi products, HR processes, and functional implementations, combined with your strong skills in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and hard deadlines. And you will be operationalizing all of that in your interactions with the eloomi customer using your excellent communication skills and your customer-centric mindset.

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to eloomi’s customers using a client-centric approach to ensure implementation, adoption and product engagement.
  • Embody a behaviour and mindset of driving engagement and retention by creating strong success plan and recommendations that are mutually beneficial for customers and eloomi’s sales business.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams including Sales, Product, and TECH to deliver cohesive best-in-class customer service to our customers.

The top 3 must-have key business drivers:

  • Support sales and customers presentations by preparing key data points, relevant measurement research and product adoption or use case suggestions.
  • Attend and participate in customer meetings as a part of service plans, to deepen customer relationships as a trusted and valued partner.
  • Follow our customer journey and implementation methods to secure consistency in our services. We do it the eloomi way.

Who are you

You like to share your ideas, are curious by nature and like to seek new information to optimize and be innovative in your work. You like working with data and you have the ability to both keep the overview of a project as well as deep dive into details. You love to work and collaborate daily with your colleagues and manager, to further develop internal competences on the team. And you know that working as a team and supporting a strong feedback culture will get us all where we want to go – faster!

Specifically:

  • You have experience in running software implementations for customers
  • As a person you are highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and implementations simultaneously
  • You are naturally organized and methodical with excellent follow-up skills to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
  • You are an excellent communicator and you feel comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all functions and cultures – both internally and externally
  • You are comfortable working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environment
  • You have a background of minimum 4 years of experience in specific customer service or customer success with proven track record for driving strong impact and establish strong customer relations and deliver results. Or, maybe you are the HR expert that wants to change the world, not just your own organization
  • You are a quick learner with strong presentation skills, and can showcase our offerings in a compelling way
  • You always put yourself in the customer’s shoes and you are good at building rapport, engage, support and making a difference for your customers – you walk the extra mile if necessary!
  • You are self-driven and have chosen to never become complacent in life but aim to develop yourself and people around you every day.
  • You are also a natural challenger, not afraid to raise your opinion and challenge the status quo
