Your mission…

As a B2B CRM Manager in the Professional Products Division, you will be responsible for developing our B2B CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and conversion initiatives. You will be driving the roll-out and adoption of our new CRM solution Salesforce Marketing Cloud and bring in your expertise in running successful CRM campaigns, playing a significant part in building sustainable, long-term customer relationships in line with the marketing, education, and commercial strategies. You will be part of our newly formed and growing team of experts that will transform the way how we engage with professional clients and generate sales in the Nordics. The role reports to LPS Business Manager.

You will...

  • Take a customer-centric approach to CRM efforts to acquire, retain and engage with our stylist database.
  • Collaborate closely with our E-B2B, Education and Brand Teams to strategise, plan and implement campaigns and projects that integrate with the broader B2B digital strategy.
  • Blend division/brand marketing with B2B marketing principles to deliver enhanced solutions and/or new recommendations to build and improve customer experience throughout every step of a customer’s life cycle.
  • Ensuring CRM communications and database segmentation effectiveness for targeted marketing activities in respect to local behaviors, in alignment with broader marketing/education calendars.
  • Build B2B customer journeys and setting up Newsletters, push and text communication.
  • Execute testing of campaigns, including deploying test campaigns to seed list, reviewing tests and refining journeys.
  • Drive roll-out and management of our new CRM solution.
  • Manage and monitor data acquisition strategy in line with Group recommendation.
  • Conduct post campaign reviews
  • Set & track relevant KPIs and provide regular insights to inform future execution


You profile...

  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience within a relevant field, and experience in CRM, digital project management, or performance marketing
  • Experience in driving CRM strategies, database growth, digital engagement, and analytics across channels
  • Highly analytical skills
  • You have the ability to digest data and translate it into clear, meaningful, and actionable insights
  • You are a digital savvy, with affinity for marketing technology, as well as knowledge of data queries, data extensions, SQL, HTML and AMPscript.
  • Salesforce experience is seen as advantage
  • You have strong project management skills and are highly organized with excellent teamwork skills, working closely with a large group of stakeholders.
  • Excellent creative, verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is seen as an advantage.
