We are looking for a new Project Support Coordinator at GROHE, working for the Nordic & Baltic region, so maybe this is you!
As our new Project Support Coordinator you will, in collaboration with the Project Channel Manager, drive to secure a strong project pipeline to reach sales targets. You will do so by establishing a close cooperation with the project teams in the Nordic & Baltic area. You will proactively search for relevant projects and cooperate with team members to increase the hit-rate by being active early in the project sale stage. The role is a cross functional role which means you will work cross countries and departments.
Place of employment: Copenhagen, Nordic & Baltic Head Office.
MORE DETAILED WILL YOUR TASKS INCLUDE
Salesforce CRM:
- Drive data quality of accounts regarding correct information and up to date ratings on Project Accounts.
- Usage of sources, like databases, student team research and own E-search, to find relevant projects to track in the CRM system and align actions to win the project with the KAM.
- Collect sales data from SAP business warehouse and align Channel figures in CRM with the Business intelligence / Finance team.
- Drive KPI follow ups with team members to ensure that the Project KPI’s and sales numbers are achieved.
- Participate in the market project meetings with the markets to ensure that the project pipeline is in good health to achieve the annual budgeted sales numbers.
- Be a local counterpart to the EMENA Salesforce development team regarding implementation of coming CRM functionalities, like quoting, pricing approval processes and product proposals / note pads online (ensure a smooth and functional transition in going from analog to digital).
Forecast and delivery optimization:
- Together with the Operations team and the local markets you will strengthen our forecast accuracy and ability to deliver products in time and in full to key project customers. A well updated and phased project pipeline in CRM will ensure a better project delivery, while creating synergies both in supply chain and sales processes which will increase customer satisfaction and lower costs.
- You will attend monthly S&OP sessions and gain access to SAP APO (Advance Planning Optimization) and GDE (Global Delivery Excellence).
SMO’s (special manufacturing orders):
- You will be the gatekeeper for the SMO process, which is a unique project function in tailor making products to specific customer and project needs, like from a specific sustainability aspect of water and energy saving in the operational use of a product, altering the design or color of a product to fit in with interior concepts and/or make a product sellable according to local certifications and approvals.
- Cost estimation and business case feasibility.
- Approval process.
- Follow up and delivery.
Marketing:
- Increase use of reference project book and best practices (SoMe, Grohe X, printed version).
- Development and care of a Nordic & Baltic Project Newsletter for increased internal communication and awareness.
- Drive sustainability awareness both internal and external on LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, Green Key and Svanen.
- Development of project specific collaterals for customer meetings together with KAM, “prioritized prestige list”.
Quotes, pricing and sales:
- Preparing proposal product packages and offers for projects and/or customers.
- Approval of project prices in collaboration with the Pricing team.
- Sales follow up, cold calling.
YOUR SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
The core competences for succeeding in this role is a drive for success and a hunger for showing great results. You will get a high level of independency and therefore you need to be self-disciplined as well as proactive.
In addition, the job requires an organized and structured work methodology, as well as an analytical mind-set. Being flexible whilst maintaining a team player-spirit and good communication skills is necessary in order to succeed in the role and achieve the ambitious targets that have been set for the Channel team.
You have 1-2 years experience of:
- Project management / Technical sales / Coordinator role, preferable from the construction industry.
- CRM-systems, preferable Salesforce.
- SAP, preferable GDE and APO modules.
- Office suite, preferable deeper understanding of Excel.
- Customer relations / sales.
- Marketing / brand activation.
Understanding of Scandinavian languages is a plus.
