We are currently on track to become one of the world’s leading telematics solution providers. We’re looking for a fierce Director of Customer Success to take our CS efforts to the next level to conquer the global automotive industry!The success of our connectivity solutions has been proven by the fact that over 200,000 Connected Cars are already on the roads, across B2B enterprise customers such as car importers, dealergroups and leasing companies on all continents.

We built our technology in-house and can safely say that you’ll work with best-in-class telematics solutions! We’ve set our sights on the moon for our next exciting growth phase, and we believe we can get there with our team & technology. In the worst case, you will land among the stars.

We’re currently expanding our Commercial Team significantly to secure a global footprint. With a stellar sales machine, we need an even better CS team to ensure proper customer implementation, product adoption, value harvesting, and later upsell. In other words, converting our customers into lifetime ambassadors!

About the role

Enterprise Customer Success is all about customer relationships. But to make customer success geared for scale, structure, processes, playbooks, and best practices is fundamental - and scalability is what we need!

As our new Director of Customer Success, you’ll be measured on three main metrics:

  • Customer satisfaction and implementation quality
  • Implementation speed - how fast can we reach “cruise speed” with new customers
  • Scalability - how capable are you to grow the customers and scale the CS team consequently

You’ll be heading up our already existing Customer Success team consisting of experienced Customer Success Managers and grow this team as our business grows. You’ll be responsible for ensuring an effective adoption of our solutions and services that leads to satisfied customers, and high renewal rates, consequently to expansion opportunities.

Currently, we are a 14-person Commercial Team (Sales, Marketing, and CS) led by Martin Nørgaard Høgh, our VP of Commercials. Our team is highly collaborative, creative, and professional. We are committed to individual growth and the success of the team as a whole. In our swanky downtown Copenhagen office, we often toast achievements and share laughs. We’re having a great time with wonderful folks, and we’re expanding.

Here is a rundown of your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading, expanding, and mentoring the CS team by setting strategy, prioritizing objectives,implementing and measuring KPIs.
  • Driving Customer LTV by defining and building customer journeys, CS playbooks, onboarding programs
  • identifying, and helping customers achieve long-term goals with Connected Cars.
  • Architecting our CS organization and offerings to be prepared to meet our sales and revenue ambitions.
  • Build a professional organization capable of supporting customers from onboarding (physical and virtual), training, and adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team, to engage with senior decision makersat prospective customers to define implementation goals, plans, and processes
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and networking, to ensure renewal, upsell, and referrals.
  • Travel the world for meetings with customers and ambassadors

As our ideal candidate, you’ll hold the following skills & experiences:

  • 5+ years of proven track record in Customers Success in a SaaS
  • A true love for customers and their success
  • Experience in building and leading a Customers Success team and a clear vision for how to shape an Enterprise SaaS CS organization
  • Technically savvy enough to understand and consult technical customers in their language.
  • A strong customer advocate with the ability to engage directly with customers
  • Data-driven decision maker willing to experiment and iterate
  • Experience in collaborating cross-functions internally to move forward objectives
  • Written and spoken English proficiency. Additional languages are appreciated.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently for work
  • A strong network within the global automotive industry is a plus
