The Milestone CARE is a complete suite of operational maintenance and support services for organizations using the Milestone surveillance products.

Your main task will be to support our team by building and nurturing relationships with our resellers in the EMEA region to up and cross sell our Care products. You will play an important role in an established team where we make sure you have the best working conditions to succeed while you develop personally and grow your skills.

You will ensure outbound contact to our partners in the EMEA region, and we expect to enjoy connecting with Milestone partners by phone and email as this will be your main task. You will not sell directly to end customers but instead influence and interact with our partners to sell our products.

Up and cross sell Care products in collaboration with the team and internal stakeholders.

Ensure a high level of data quality.

Track progress and document the results in Salesforce.

Provide sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners. This includes guidance on Milestone’s products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a variety of issues

Provide customers timely, accurate, and creative solutions regarding Milestone’s products
