Do you speak fluent Finnish and are you interested in working in customer service at an international call center? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
On behalf of our customer Foundever, we are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor for their Finnish-speaking team. You will be working in a team whose primary role is to offer the best service to customers in Finland. Therefore, you need to be fluent in Finnish and have excellent customer service skills.
You can expect a great social environment with colleagues from all over the Nordics at Foundever. The office is nice and spacious with open workstations and is centrally located in Greater Copenhagen. For applicants living outside of Copenhagen, there is also the possibility to work remotely, but you must be located in Denmark.
We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and work at least until the end of summer.
About the job: In this position, you will provide customer service and support on behalf of a large pharmaceutical company specializing in manufacturing products for individuals with diabetes. You will be answering questions about the function of the products, handling orders, and taking care of inquiries by phone and email. Foundever will ensure that you receive thorough training and learn about diabetes and our client's products and solutions to deliver excellent service and support.
We are looking for:
We expect you to be a person with a can-do attitude who always provides first-class service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
- Experience in customer service, either from a contact center or retail is an advantage.
- Good IT skills and the ability to easily adapt to new systems.
- Proactive and willing to learn and acquire new knowledge.
- Residency in Denmark.
Practical Information & Recruitment Process:
- Start date: 24/3 or 28/4.
- Working hours: 37h/week - Monday to Friday from 07:00-15:00.
- Position: 4-month temporary position. There may be a possibility for further extension.
- Location: Copenhagen and possibility for remote work.
- Salary: 135 kr./h (This amount includes base salary and payment to fritvalgskonto).
